Preferred Buildings has completed three major projects for us: replacement of our interior doors, a front porch, and a yard shed. All three have been completed with high-quality materials and workmanship. The first project involved swapping out our home’s original hollow-core doors for six-panel oak doors. We opted for the prefinished doors to save money, but if I had to do it over again, I would have had Jason and his crew stain them since they probably would have matched our existing trim better. The following year, we had a front porch added, which really dressed up our house’s curb appeal. The porch is made of composite, and also involved pouring a new sidewalk to our front door. The difference is amazing. Just this past fall, Preferred Builders completed a third project for us. They constructed a 14×14 stick-built shed, with built-in shelving, an overhead door, and side door. Due to our subdivision covenants it had to match our home as closely as possible, and Jason did a great job of working in those parameters. Due to his professionalism and good work, we plan to call him again for any future needs.
